The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need—and more. You can even personalize your doorbell ringtone! The views of Mount Ararat are simply breathtaking, and the private spa was a fantastic addition to our holidays. Private parking and breakfast are included, and the staff was prompt and effective in resolving any issues during our stay. A warm welcome with a glass of local wine upon check-in was a nice gesture. While the hotel isn’t located in the city center, it’s just a short drive away, and a large shopping mall is only minutes away. Despite being situated between two roads, you might expect noise, but it’s surprisingly peaceful at night. One thing to note: complimentary spa access is available from 2 PM to 8 PM, and outside these hours, the spa is open to external guests for a fee.

The food is really tasty, the menu combines traditional Armenian flavors and European classics. Very good room facilities such as the bathroom, sofa, table, chairs and kitchen and the view of the city and the mountain from the terrace is amazing! The premise has a unique design too. Staff is very attentive and always ensured we got on taxi because sometimes taxi drivers on Yandex had a hard time locating the guesthouse entrance. Private bathroom is good and beds are comfortable too. Note that the place is on a hill and it's advisable to rely on taxi to get around the city (depending on the time of the day, it cost us about 600-1000 drams per trip to travel to the city centre). I will definitely come back again the next time I travel to Yerevan, Armenia.

The apartment is located in a wonderful area — not right in the center, but very close to it, with everything easily accessible. The host was amazing — thoughtful, attentive, and provided clear self check-in instructions. There was even a lovely welcome treat waiting for us! ✨ The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, and feels like a little cozy island where you instantly feel at home. The host kindly mentioned that the building is still under construction, but that didn’t bother us at all — as a photographer, I actually loved it! It was a real surprise to find such a stylish and soulful apartment in a place like this. The peace, atmosphere, and special energy of the apartment were worth everything — it feels like being in the mountains, yet the city center is just around the corner.
