The accommodation was a very positive experience. The rooms were modern and clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful Armenian-style breakfast. The restaurant also offers a very good Armenian menu. In the Shirak region, you can visit Lake Arpi, the Trchkan waterfall, Gujmri, and many other sights. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

My experience in the hotel was very good. It was clean comfortable and the people were amazing. Breakfast was good as well.

Very nicely designed room in a central location. They saved us a parking spot right at the entrance of the hotel, which was really convenient. The girls at the reception were really kind and the nearby restaurant that the hotel recommends for breakfast (it’s called Herbs & Honey) is great! Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at Kuma for just one night and really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant too. The kitchen and the nice lady at reception as well as the staff at the restaurant are definitely a reason to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gyumri.
