Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

Perfect location to explore the city including night life. Super friendly and helpful host Artur. The place is quiet, but close to the centre. Free parking was available and everything was very clean, when I arrived. The bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning does their work. Artur also provides a lot of small things like toothpaste or towels, which makes traveling more easy.

Great central place. Close to walking distance to most of central Yerevan restaurants, square and shops. Ample street parking on side streets for my rental. Wifi was great. Desk even let us in a couple of hours early which was clutch since we had such early flights prior. Included breakfast was amazing and pretty much had everything. Hotel elevator made going up or down super easy. Fit a family of 3 adults in single comfortable beds with no issue.

I liked the politeness and support of the staff, also the cleaness of the hotel. The location is great, very close to Yervan main attractions. Pivate car parking is a plus to stay in 14 Floor hotel
