Staff were very friendly, and the lady who checked us in was amazing, very helpful, and friendly. she expalind to us everything we need with smile. the location is stunning. we were surprised about the stunning view in the morning when we woke up as we arrived at night and the place is so quiet all we could hear there was rain dropping. the room is very clean and tidy. the whole atmosphere was cosy. the hotel offered us a one day silver premium card, which gave us free access to the nearby cable cars, and discounts on other activities such as mountain bikes, etc.. and we spent all the days on the mountains, and we had the best time ever. will definitely always come back again. can't wait to come back again in winter

The room was very nice, warm and cozy, with wonderful views to the mountains. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, the location was great, it had a room for skis and equipment, and you could ski from the mountains to the hotel through a way that led you directly from the ski slopes to the parking lot. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

It is worth noting the cleanliness, the kindness of the hosts and the breakfast. It is an exceptional position in the center of the town very close to the A3 chairlift. (20 m from the escalators leading to the A3 chairlift). The car can be parked safely in the nearby parking lot (approx. 200-300 m from the hotel). It is recommended to make a reservation for dinner at the nearby restaurants (there are quite a few). I recommend this accommodation, it is very good, thank you to the hosts, I can't wait to come back.
