Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. The property was easy to find by car and parking is available directly within the property. If you come by public transport. It is very close to the train station. The apartment is as described and exceeded my expectations! It looked and felt brand new. It is indeed very family friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to prepare everything that we needed. check-in was easy through the machine in between the two buildings. Instruction to check-in comes when you book the property. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again if I'm in the area!
