This was a beautiful house that was very comfortable, well furnished with some very thoughtful touches. Delicious local produce was provided for breakfast. There were snacks, food and alcohol that were provided in the house that we could have purchased through an honesty system provided by the hosts. We spoke with the host prior to arrival and they popped by to check we had all we needed. This truly was a highlight of our trip to Tasmania our only regret is that we weren't able to stay here longer! Highly recommend staying at Storekeepers.

I almost considered not leaving a review just to keep this place my own secret. It is absolutely charming—an old stable has been transformed into the most perfect and romantic farm stay. It manages to be both a farm stay and simultaneously feel luxurious and sophisticated. The wood-fired outdoor hot tub was also a really fun experience. The farm scenery on the way into the accommodation is so beautiful that, if you stay here, you don't even need to go anywhere else; you could happily spend the entire day on the property and have a wonderful time.

If you plan to go to Maria Island, Triabunna Barracks is the perfect place to stay (just one minute drive to the ferry terminal). But it’s way more than that, the owners Kim and John have made exceptional efforts to renovate the property into a stylish accommodation with all modern comforts and a unique character. The apartment was basic but comfortable, with everything we needed for short stay, including toiletries, tea/coffee facilities and fridge. We had trouble with accessing our room key as we arrived late but this was resolved very quickly by a helpful and friendly out of hours staff member. We were only able to stay 1 night so unfortunately did not get a chance to try out the facilities; however, the outside pool looked great and we enjoyed reading about the history of Eastcoaster in the information leaflet.

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful spot . I spent a lovely afternoon exploring the gorgeous old buildings and researching and reading about the history of the farm . Bed was comfy and warm with electric blanket and cosy bedding.
