Beautiful self-contained villa with everything anyone could need. Well designed with full kitchen and large fridge, which meant we could cook for our toddler. Beautiful grounds very close to the beach (with lifeguard flags directly where you enter from the villas) and right next to a playground and skate park for the kids. Excellent and accommodating staff, especially the wait and kitchen staff. Lots of nice touches like chocolates on the pillows and complimentary champagne for a birthday. Private and comfortable. The most generous hosts. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Kirkland house and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The property was incredibly clean, which made us feel instantly at home. The utilities and appliances were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. A huge plus for us was the high chair and change mat provided for our toddler, making our time there much more convenient. The location was perfect—tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful, yet close to all the local attractions. We also loved that it was dog-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry family member along for the trip. The decor was charming and added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. We truly felt at home and can’t recommend this place enough for families looking for a relaxing getaway. We would love to return in the future. Thanks for having us!

    Great location in Anchor Bay, comfortable room, and they went out of their way to allow us to check in very early! And there was plenty of free onsite parking.

    Easy check in with lock box option, parking outside rooms, rooms had all facilities needed. Good view of the fishing boats and water. Quiet, comfy bed and good shower. Cafe next door with good coffee and TOT and park across the road for children with nice walk along the coast.
