The room was impeccably clean. Came with black out curtains. What stood out for me what the excellent service. The management went out of the way to ensure we were completely comfortable. It was also very safe, and just next to a gas station and a supermarket. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms very well decorated. Very quiet location. Very friendly staff and helpful with ideas of where to visit on our stay. Great value. Just the right distance from the city and excellent for exploring the country. Everything had clear signs to say where to enter, where to park and where the reception was. Jen from reception was absolutely incredible! She was so lovely and professional, walked us up to our chalet showed us where the light switches were told us everything about the chalet and how to contact her if we needed to, how to fill up the spa and where all the towels were ect. Then we ended up contacting her again later on to ask how to get some more ice and she walked it up to us herself, and before coming up onto the patio part of our chalet knocked and said she was there and if it was ok to come up. Just super dooper professional, kind, over the top helpful! You barely ever see service like it anymore and I really think it started off the experience for us in such a positive way so thanks so much Jen!!

The property was conveniently located close to Perth airport. We flew in one evening and were flying out the next evening. The excellent hosts, Evelyn and Terry collected us from the airport and worked out a plan for the next day , which involved storing our luggage while we went to Fremantle, then meeting us at the station near the airport with our luggage and dropping us at the terminal. The bedroom was very comfortable and we also had a sitting / dining room. A good selection of continental breakfast provisions were provided. We would definitely stay here again.
