With only 4 suites in the retreat, the pool area was often empty meaning we had a couple days completely to ourselves (including Valentine's day) which was amazing! Ken was also lovely, greeted us when we arrived but left you to enjoy your holiday whilst only being a phone call away if we needed anything, perfect situation for us enjoying a romantic week away. Couldn't fault the bed, room or facilities.

    Very clean, awesome location and a comfy bed. Nothing fancy and the building is old but that is reflected in the low price. Having a kitchen makes staying more affordable and you cannot underestimate the value of free parking. Car parking in Perth is $30/day so that's $30 a day saved!

    Advertises free parking but it is not the case and no one wanted to address the issue that it is offered. Parking is difficult to facilitate - costs are high. Look for onstreet parking - its free after 6pm in close proximity.

    The location was great even though there wasn't onsite parking. Street parking is inexpensive and nearby. It was easy to get into the city centre with a short drive and equally fast to get out of the city centre. The design of the room and overall cleanliness was great. It was nice to have a cookie jar at the reception for guests to snack on at night.

    The location was perfect it's 10 mins from the zoo and then a 5 min walk from Perth centre for shopping which was perfect. We alo booked a package through booking so got free parking (which was super helpful as the only available parking is valet and there's only a few spots), breakfast included plus a late checkout at 2pm which was awesome as we had young kids.

    Valet service would be great. Duxton provide valet service and parking for $50. I was charge $30 for car park however the staff member didnt even ask if i need assistance with parking i had a facture foot and had to walk from basement parking to lobby which i was not impressed with.

    Spacious, clean room, helpful staff. easy walk to Northbridge , which had large variety of eating and drinking places. Excellent bar with with an outdoor terrace. There was street parking nearby but it was only 1P until 6pm. The hotel has an arrangement with a commercial car park for $25 per night, which is next door (although it doesn't allow you multiple entries per day).
