The service provided by the staff was beyond exceptional. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Adelisa, Mohamed, Mansoor, Damer, and Nermin, who went above and beyond to make us feel like a part of their Bosnian family. Their warm smiles and genuine care for our comfort made our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is a haven of tranquility nestled in the beautiful Bosnian forest. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated,. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the scent of pine trees was a dream come true. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. After a day of exploring the surrounding nature, it was a pleasure to unwind in the spa, and the professional staff there made sure we were pampered to the fullest. In summary, the Tarçin Forest Hotel exceeded all our expectations. It's a place where luxury, nature, and Bosnian hospitality converge. Great location. Only 10 mins from the airport and a 5 min walk from the bus/tram stop. There was a shopping centre right across the road. The staff were lovely. Our plane wasn’t leaving until 8pm and they let us leave the bags in until we were ready to leave.
