I did liked the fact that is a rural location and supposed to be quiet but in some cases is only in our imagination. There were Aircon in the room.

The location of the property was super close to the main attraction, which is the Veliko Tarnovo’s Tsarevets fortress. But still only 10 mins walk from the main street, restaurants and bars. The manager was incredibly courteous, sweet and kind. Arrived at 10 mins before 6pm n he ushered me quick to drop my bag in my room, then took me to the rooftop of the apartment to show me the VIP seat to watch the fortress’s light show at 6pm. He stood and explained a little about the history and recommended other attractions for the next day as well. Because the apartment is not too close to the main street, it was beautifully quiet at night n I had excellent sleep.

The location is nice - close to the old town, but still quiet. We used the sauna and steam room - the entire relax Zone was well done and very pleasant. The beds are comfy, the AC works. The restaurant is lovely - excellent food and service.

I rarely give a 10 for a hotel but this one is really exceptional. It looks so nice and rustic, the room was huge, comfy and with a nice view. It was very warm inside, spotless clean, great breakfast, and the staff very very kind. The location is just perfect, away from the main road noise, just perfect for a family with kids. And to finish off, the price was a bargain considering all of the above. Good job Gurko team, you really done it.

Perfect for a one or two night stay. Location away from the tourist/commercial area but close enough to walk there, 10-15 mins across the park. The receptionist was outstanding in his affability.
