This was our 3d time in Al Areen and the 1st after renovation and really everything was amazing! We were impressed from the marvelous gardens with flamingo that looked like paradise. Our villa was magnificent, spacious, even the smallest detail was carefully selected with elegant taste. There are no words to describe the luxurious temperature controlled swimming pool and the 2 jacuzzies inside our villa. Beds were souper comfortable and you can select your pillow from a nice variety covering even the most demanding guest. We noticed a major improvement in the breakfast, which was of the highest quality. We liked very much the Writer`s lounge ! One of the major assets of Al Areen is the staff, all of them are hard-working, polite and friendly . We would like to thank our housekeeping team (Sampath, Moureen, Bintang and Igo) for taking care if us in an amazing way and maintained our villa spotless during our stay. a new hotel and upscale and respectable and first class family hotel . the location is close to the walkway and cafes and restaurants . it,s very Quiet hotel & safe . the check in and check out procedures was fast and convenient & I would like to mention Mr.Bawasha and Mr. Alaa from Reception desk . the breakfast was delicious and varied .

Location was for the work I did excellent. Minimal traffic jams etc. Personnel was extremely helpful, attentive, supportive, and everything you like to expect but usually don’t get but here excellent and remarkable. Very clean facilities, great housekeeping. Excellent WiFi, TV connected properly, just as it should be. Parking was good, aircon silent. Just everything was really excellent arranged.
