The bed and shower are very good. Very close to the Beautiful Costa Beach in Canavieiras. Very good breakfast. The host may cook for you upon request. The host (Maria) was friendly and did everything they could to make their guests feel at home.

It's indeed a pretty house with a big pool in a lovely garden. Swiss born Jürg and his wife Jane are the best hosts ever, very welcoming, generous.and helpfull. Jürg gave me loads of great tips also beyond Canavieiras. The best: take the boat from Belmonte to Canavieiras.

Canavieiras is a real secret in Bahia and Pousada Marlin Azul the perfect option to stay! Nice, welcoming owners, nice garden with pool, great breakfast. Only 2 blocks from the 20 km long, almost unspoiled beach. And you can continue to Porto Seguro by boat to Belmonte, a very scenic river ride through the jungle. Highly recommended if you wanna stay off the beaten track in a beautiful place!
