Sunshinevibe Guest House is located in Kuzungula village, an up and coming area in Kasane. I was staying in Kasane for work and even though the Guest House is not on the main road or close to where my conference was located, Dan (the owner) was amazing. He offered rides i to town as well as daily drop off/pick up for my work conference while I was there. Also Taxis are easily available 24/7. I also had breakfast included, which was amazing and well prepared by wonderful Lebo. The room was very spacious and clean, so was the ensuite bathroom. The AC inside the room was amazing too. I loved that each room has a little balcony/terrace right in front of it with chairs to just chill. All in all would recommend 10/10 and will for sure stay there again when I am in Kasane. I truly had a great stay, the owner Dan, Aida, Lebo and the rest of the staff made it into amazing days spent in Kasane!

We had opportunity to book 2 activities for very affordable price, much better than that wherever else. Both were amazing. Quiet location. Kitchen availble for guests. Fridge in the room. Secure parking space. All in all, amazing value for money, the best so far in our travel to Botswana.

The accommodation was comfortable and quirky. One can self-cater or dine-in thanks to a talented onsite Chef. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The management team matched their local knowledge with our interests, to suggest and organise local activities that helped us get the best from our visit to the Chobe NP area. We did a day trip to the nearby Vic Falls, with lunch at a spectacular setting overlooking the Zambezi, and a boat trip on the Chobe River direct from the hotel's own dock. The bush camping is an unforgettable experience! African nights in the wild round a camp fire are special. With wonderful game drives led by a knowledgeable and friendly guide and efficient and helpful camp support team.

Everything. We have been travelling for 2 years and hardly ever do we give 10/10 as there’s always something that could be better. Not here!! Secure parking - always very important for our motorbikes. Room - cannot fault it. Our own little home from home. Every detail has been thought about as if the room has been lived in by the owners, not just turned into a guest house. The bed was super comfortable and large, comfy armchairs, good working desk, fabulous wardrobe and storage including hangers!! There was also a patio where we could sit outside. Loads and loads of power sockets all round the room and in convenient places. We had no trouble charging anything at all. Bathroom was beautiful and the shower fantastic. All toiletries provided and super thick towels. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order and hot! Lumba is a lovely person and fabulous host. She couldn’t do enough for us and looked after us extremely well. We felt like a part of the family. We extended our stay and stayed for five nights in the end. Such a wonderful place.

Everyone was extremely friendly and have accommodated us perfectly! I asked them to help me set up my marriage proposal and they went above and beyond to help me. We had private activities for our full stay and they helped organize a romantic sunset boat tour for my proposal. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Jackalberry Chobe Lodge, amazing people, beautiful views, the pool was great, the food was great and the activities were well organized, always on time. The perfect way to visit the Chobe region!
