The location is rural, peaceful & beautiful. Staff lovely- spoke both French & English; very kind & helpful. Room was charming, clean & comfortable. Spa pool sparkling with cozy robes provided. Breakfast was very tasty, creative & generous. Everything one would want in a B & B.

It’s a nice place but the landlord was rude when we arrived and had taped up the second bedroom which I had to asked to be opened as we had booked it as a two bedroom. He then used a camera on the deck to monitor us. He sent me a text commenting on my son who he said was an adult and I had booked for two adults and a child. My son is 17 years old so still a child for Booking.com bookings. He admitted to using the deck camera to monitor us which meant we couldn’t use that lovely outside area or the BBQ to relax as he would have been able to see and hear us. Complete invasion of privacy. Very unhappy.

Very large property with 2 storeys. There are 3 bedrooms on the second storey, and the living and dining area in the first storey is huge. The multiple TVs in the living rooms and the bed rooms were huge too. Washer and dryer are appreciated. This is the best property that we've stayed in our road trip in Quebec.

I had such a restful sleep both nights we stayed - the mattress was so comfortable and it was so quiet and dark at night. The room and bathroom were incredibly clean. The bathtub was so clean that I actually would have drawn myself a bath if I had more time during my stay (I never do this at a hotel / motel). You can tell the owners have tried to modernize the room - the flooring was changed and the paint all fresh. I didn't realize the distance between the motel and downtown Sherbrooke - was a 15-20 minute drive each way. Not really an issue since there wasn't much traffic, and I should have checked before booking if it really mattered to me.

Pretty well everything. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean and quiet. The hot tub was a nice perk.

Can you say everything? The location was beautiful, the room cozy, immaculate, and homey, the food unbelievably delicious, and the hosts just about the loveliest people I've ever met (and I've been to 15 countries). My partner got sick with a 24 hour stomach bug and they did their best to accommodate and check in on us. So grateful to them both.
