This is the second time I live here, it's a very nice apartment. Ana is a great host, when I got questions, she answered me very fast and accurate. Except that, the house has made a lot of labels on each closet in the kitchen which is very easy to find the goods, that is very organized. And the house decoration is with good quality, that's also very nice. Easy and free parking, Everything is just perfect.

Location is fantastic! Restaurant was very good . They accommodated our daughters food allergies which makes traveling easier. The room was nice and spacious with green air . Staff is so friendly. We will be back to stay here .

Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!

Regina is very kind and welcoming, location is great, breakfast was very good, the room and bed was very comfortable for the parents (less comfortable for the 3rd person in the room). Late check in is possible, until 9pm, and that is also an advantage, and self check-in is possible even later than 9pm but fortunately I didn't have to use it. Private parking is very convenient, though isn't for free (costs 15 CHF).

Very nicely renovated house with all the amenities you need. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, everything spotlessly clean. Owner was incredibly friendly. Good breakfast. There is a parking space in the back of the house.

Charming stay in a pitoresque swiss-italian village. Location is central (4 min walk away from the train station) and the surroundings are very authentic and charming. The stay offers continental breakfast and private parking (additional cost). The building is equipped with an elevator (very handy when carrying luggage). At breakfast, you will be served tasty coffee made on the spot at a barista-level espresso machine. Be sure to profit from your included Ticino transport pass!
