Where do I begin?? 🥰🧿 The two partners - Connie & Gosia are the most warm, beautiful, charming and generous hostesses. The hotel itself is so special with spacious bedrooms with some having gorgeous lake side views. I highly recommend staying in-house for dinner to enjoy Chef Gosia’s DIVINE 3-course meal. She made a special vegetarian meal for us which is the BEST vegetarian food we’ve had in Switzerland. Chef Gosia also made special arrangements for our breakfast which was all so beautifully presented. Roger who works in the restaurant was so kind and professional as was the lovely young lady who took care of us as breakfast. Thank you so much for the most incredible stay - we will return for a longer stay in the summer 🙏🏽♥️

This was a perfect stop for a few days when driving home from Italy to Sweden in the real summer heat. The building is a bit dull from the outside but that doesnt´t reflect the interior, the location, the facilities and the service at all. Everything else is super, especially the views, the staff, the restaurant with its large windows and terrace and superb food and very good wine list, and the lush and green beach garden with the wonderful beach bar. The rooms are also nice and functional. Plentiful car parking possibilities with direct access to the hotel. Very close to Engelberg, Pilatus, Luzern and other sights around for short excursions. We really enjoyed our days at the hotel!

This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.

Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! Lovely location on the edge of the lake with beautiful views and very peaceful Freshly baked bread and croissants for breakfast. Fun on the pool table. Good choice of channels on the TV including UK ones. Free parking (you can spend a lot on parking in Luzern)

We had a lovely room overlooking the lake. The restaurant evening meals and breakfast were excellent There is plenty of free parking although some of the spaces are a bit small.

Excellent location in front of the lake with an amazing view of Lake Lucerne. There is free parking adjacent to the hotel, the restaurant for dinner is expensive but excellent. The hotel staff is very nice and kind and helps with any question or request.

Location of the hotel is great if you like to be at the lake side, our room was from the street and was not loud. Resturant has very good food and staff is very kind. Free parking on side which is normally very difficult around the lake. If you have a dog, I recommend to go up the hill , around lake there is almost no grass. Its quite a walk up hill but very beautiful. Very close to the lif to many hikes, we took as well boat across the lake , we had great time !
