Very nice Grotto, with freshly renovated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Before arriving we were informed about the possibilities for breakfast and restaurants. At our arrival, there was some minor technical issue with the heating and we were given immediately another room.

It‘s very good maintained. Very good quality. Local products. Location perfect, view even better. Very generous breakfast. Diner also amazing with a lot of product from the garden, that’s on the property. Amazing swimming pool area with the view on the Viniard. I loved it.

I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

Everything was just superb, starting from detailed instructions on getting to and into apartment up to amenities, comfort , and cleanness. Free parking is a valuable bonus in Lugano. Moreover, it's the first time in my very extensive travelling experience when I see written signs and instructions at every single thing in the apartment, you know what is exactly where, this is really helpful.
