We travel a lot, and we would like to say that our room had one of the most beautiful views — it was definitely a real wow-effect when we saw it. We enjoyed the stunning mountains and the sea each morning. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We were very glad to use the spa and the swimming pools during our stay. The water was warm, and it was a pleasure to use the big pool and swim without freezing. There is also private access to the sea. The area outside the hotel is very beautiful. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant every day during our stay, and we enjoyed it very much. The food was tasty with a good variety of dishes. We also liked the breakfast, as there were many good options. The free parking lot was a nice bonus. The employees were very friendly. We would be happy to come back and stay at the hotel again in the future.

Great accommodation. Clean room and bathroom. The shower sometimes releases very hot water, so be careful not to burn yourself. Very good breakfast. Close to Mount Pilatus. I recommend it.

The people there are just too friendly and nice, super accommodating. Room was ready when we arrived at noon, appreciated it lots! Everything just so clean, great breakfast with bread and spread, tea. Eggs. Fruits, yoghurt and cold cuts. The room feels like it’s newly renovated? It doesn’t feels like family run hotel at all, I see their effort in modernizing their hotel.

It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

Silvya is a very nice person, very helpful and has a lot of tips for you. The b&b is a 10 minute walk from Mattenhof station, which gives you an 8 minute train ride to Luzern. The b&b is clean, nice, anything you need, a simple but good breakfast. Silvya is very talkative and always asks about your day and if you need anything. You also get your own key to the frontdoor.

Beautiful big room with balcony and lovely view of lake. Beautiful spa - pool, jacussi, sauna. Excellent extensive breakfast. Restaurant expensive but good quality. Outdoor loungers dry comfy and great to be able to swim in lake. Our village ice and quiet but easy to catch ferry into Luzern. Good free parking

The bed was comfy. The view was lovely from our room The reception is slightly out dated.. then mordern parts. It's not really got a theme but didn't affect us. Air-conditioning good and sleep good. Spa facilities good. Didn't eat there. Location a bit quiet we found a quiet Italian down the road. Was lovely there. Parking a bit difficult at times.

Good hotel with wonderful saunas, pool and jacuzzi. You can have hot tea, bullion or just water near pool. Free parking space, Good restaurant with good cuisine. I was enjoying my cozyl room with panoramic balcony.

Beds are big and soft. We had a lake view room it was beautiful view. Hotel staff is very friendly especially the young lady at reception. Has its own electric car parking it was very convenient.

The location is perfect, 15 min from Lucerne. Quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. The room view is beautiful, the breakfast is on the terasse. Free parking place. Really nice stuff.

The lake view is a must. My parents got the mountain view and it was a view of the parking lot with mountain in the back. The hotel is older but comfortable. The staff was great assisting with check out, suggesting itineraries and helping with calling taxis for the older people in our group. Very helpful! The breakfast good with the some good coffee! We chose the hotel because it was between Luzern and Interlaken.
