Where do I start? I mean this has been one of the best bookings we have had during our one month long trip through Europe. Beautiful place, super clean, amazing beds, well located. 1000% worth it. But what was most incredible, were the hosts. We had an issue with our luggage after leaving and they went above and beyond to help us resolved this issue successfully. We are super grateful and really appreciate that. I will recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here. And hopefully be back. Thanks again ❤️🙏🏼✨

This is a very convenient and comfortable hotel in a very picturesque setting. Its very close to the train station so we used it as a base to explore Geneva, Lausanne, Broc and Gruyeres. The only problem is that you have to climb down some stairs to reach the hotel which sits right on the promenade. If you have luggage then its better to take the public elevator next to the Barrel Oak pub. Just cross the road and turn left outside the station to find it. (There is a pink line on the road to guide you to it). The hotel has a very friendly and helpful reception desk, clean rooms and comfortable beds! We loved the view from our room and the location. I highly recommend it.

The view from our room was excellent, the lake, swans, ducks, snowed mountains and boats were amazing. The location was extraordinary, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff were amazing. Artemisa, Leandro and Bruna were very kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to help us and gave us what we needed and everyone from room service helped us as well. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work in making our stay so welcoming and wonderful, we really appreciate it. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Montreux, believe me, you won’t regret it ❤️

We really felt like we stayed in a palace. The building is gorgeous. Our room has balcony. Bed was comfy. It was very quiet, no noise at all. Spacious bathroom with shower and Bath tub. You can tell this palace has been there for a while - but room looks good d anyway and it has its own charm. We also got free passes on public transport in this area. There is a restaurant on -1 floor- we were lucky to try special seasonal meals- they were delicious.

    Location superb Fantastic view from bedroom with windows that opened fully and a balcony Nice lobby/lounge offering free popcorn, water, apple juice, tea and coffee and sweeties Very Clean Offers secure parking Lift to floors Free water and other drinks in room & a welcome cake & wine to share Staff at reception and terrace were helpful and where there were little glitches, they took common sense approach and didn’t turn anything in to an issue Dined in restaurant once and food was very good and nicely presented.

    The villa is attached to the Plaza Royal which was running a cafe, bar and restaurant late and had underground parking (for 40SF per night). The staff at the reception there were really helpful and the location was perfect

    The property is in a great location with an easy walk to the town centre along the lake side. The views from the upstairs bedrooms are beautiful, and the grounds are lovely. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. There are plenty of car parking spots at the front.

    Terrific location with all rooms facing the lake (though an unattractive parking lot interrupts the direct view). There is no laundry in the hotel or even on the city, it seems. The hotel systems seem a little worse for wear but it was clean and has an old-world charm with some appreciated amenities like WiFi and an electric kettle.
