The best part of this stay was the location and views! Staying in Riggenberg gave us the added bonus of being in an extra serene area so close and accessible to interlaken OST and West which we loved. The host and his wife were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and no issues to report at all. Brekfast was fresh and had everything we needed to start the day. The Swiss muesli was particularly good

We stayed in apartment no.7 for 2 nights. The communication was excellent. There was some road works and Marco offered to assist to make it easier for us. Upon arrival, Marco was there to meet us and he gave a thorough orientation of the place and the apartment. They even lend us Europe plug adapters! Marco was super friendly as with all the local people we met! The whole apartment was clean, with premium appliances and the sofa was also new. The apartment is spacious, can easily accommodate 6 people. The view is the best part! We had the attic apartment and the mountain view, lake view and view of the village is excellent!! The sunrise strikes into the apartment while we had breakfast.. it was perfect. My only regret is I should have booked a longer stay with them than just 2 nights!

We had an amazing stay at the chalet! It was cozy, well-equipped, and the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were beautiful, and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Switzerland! We needed to extend our stay by one night, and Patrik responded swiftly and accommodated us. The transaction was smooth and easy.

Great location. Arrived in the night so didn't get to see the incredible surrounding till the morning. Location is perfect. Lake Brienz, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Lake Oeschinen all within 30-45 minutes away! Lake Brienz on your doorstep. Food is also really good and the local beer is lovely. Also a massive thank you as I didn't have a suitable charging plug. The staff looked for me and provided me with one for the trip which was a massive relief so thank you very much for that

Well we been to many hostel in last 5 countries but never saw a big kitchen like here anywhere else. Its just amazing to have where food and water both are very expensive. Rest all things were well maintained .. easy checkin and checkout system. Free Breakfast and full size lockers for free.. so overall its a good experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Epoka and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the owners for such a perfect experience. From the very first moment, the villa felt incredibly warm, welcoming, and cozy. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and maintained to the highest standard. It truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking and spending time together very enjoyable. The living room is especially cozy, perfect for relaxing in the evenings — and we were pleasantly surprised to find board games, which we played together as a family. Those moments made our stay even more special and memorable. The atmosphere of the villa is calm, warm, and full of care for guests. You can really feel how much love and attention has been put into every detail. Everything we needed was there, and more. Thank you so much for your hospitality, kindness, and for creating such a beautiful place. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would 100% recommend Villa Epoka to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and a special place to stay. Value for money. The rooms were big and comfortable. Free parking Coffee machine at the room Very close to Interlaken (30 minute walk over the forest), and a direct bus or train as well.

The hotel has free parking. The restaurant and bar are great. The meals are good and priced not too expensive. The neighbourhood is very Swiss and the shop across the road from the hotel is very convenient. The hotel is on the bus route into Interlaken.
