It‘s very good maintained. Very good quality. Local products. Location perfect, view even better. Very generous breakfast. Diner also amazing with a lot of product from the garden, that’s on the property. Amazing swimming pool area with the view on the Viniard. I loved it.

I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

Everything was just superb, starting from detailed instructions on getting to and into apartment up to amenities, comfort , and cleanness. Free parking is a valuable bonus in Lugano. The owners Ana & Federico are very cooperative, always send information in advance and the questions answer immediately. The flat is very nice and very well equipped, everything is very clean and almost new and the free parking place is few steps away. The location is in walking distance from the center (10 minutes), 5 mutes from the lake, nice restaurants are very near. Very good value for the money!
