The suggested itinerary comprised all the most beautiful scenery spots in Zhangjiajie and the route was optimized in such a way that we didn't have to stay in queue. They always drop you to the entrance gate of the park, amazing staff that speaks good English, they really went out of their way to be helpful. Also very nice rooms

This is the best host I've ever had. The lady was very kind and helped me on every occasion. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. They have a beautiful rooftop that is used to serve breakfast with an incredible view over the town and the mountains. They serve a good Chinese breakfast. You can also wash your clothes for free, but they do not have a dryer. The location is great, just 20 mins walk from the entrance to Zhangjiajie national park.

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. Special mention to the receptionist who helped us since the day one with the help for the info from the park.
