Andrea was so helpful with everything we needed and even kept offering us tastes of Colombia. We had a lovely fish dinner as well as two lovely breakfasts. Chose the air con room and it was a great haven from the heat!

Matilde is a wonderful host, very helpful. She made us delicious tamales and assisted in organising tours of the Tatacoa desert and with our travel to Neiva, she was very kind and giggly, and patient with us as we weren’t very good at speaking Spanish. thank you very much!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel tour guide Esneider was amazing - gave us really useful information and travel tips. This was the first time in Colombia that I felt so safe! Would recommend 10/10.

Breakfast was quite good, fruits + hot beverage + juice + eggs + bread... they were very attentive and went out of their way to improve the experience, i.e. giving extra hot water for my sweet hot chocolate. Or letting us leave the car for a bit inside their parking lot after the checkout. They are also honest about conditions at the desert if it's raining, length of the trips and recommendations with guides.
