This property is an absolute hidden gem. If you want peace & quiet in a relaxing atmosphere with the beach and sea a few steps away then this is the place. Beautiful scenery, very friendly owner and staff who just want you to have an enjoyable stay. The hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms are light and airy, modern and very clean.

Lovely friendly people and Kato Pyrgos is a beautiful village well away from the main tourist areas. Excellent apartment. Clean cool and perfectly located.

We have been here for 2nd time and again it was a great choice. A new clean apparment, quiet location, very friendly and helpfull owner. Private sunbeds, everything what you will need. Very comfortable bed, balcony from which you have a stunning view, its a stunning place ! You cant go wrong with this place

We spent our mornings going for a swim in the local beach riding the free bicycles provided by the host and eating fresh fruit from the trees by the house. We got around the winding roads with a car and hiked along the mountainsides. The combination of mountains by the sea was breathtaking. Host was very welcoming and accomodating to all our needs. If you want to feel the local charm and avoid touristy places then Pomos and Joanna's Apartments are the places to be.

We spent 12 wonderful days at the villa, and everything exceeded our expectations. Surrounded by vibrant flowers, the villa is a true oasis of beauty and peace. One of our favorite spots was the luxurious veranda, furnished with a spacious table and comfortable chairs—perfect for relaxing and watching the breathtaking sunsets. Just 10 meters from the villa is a clean, well-maintained swimming pool with sun loungers, ideal for both sunbathing and relaxing in the shade of nearby trees. The villa itself is spacious and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—plus three toilets. Each bedroom has air conditioning and sleeps two people (one double bed and four single beds total). There are thoughtful touches throughout, including a fumigator for insects, a European socket adapter, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a stove, hair dryer, iron and even supplies like dishwashing tablets and powder soap. You truly feel at home here. The villa is located on a hill, offering great views, but it's still conveniently close to the sea and local shops. Renting a car is recommended if you want to visit the nearby public beach, which is well-equipped with loungers and umbrellas (each for just €2.50). There’s also a lovely fish restaurant right on the beach where we enjoyed delicious meals. A special thanks to the owners, Luis and Andruela, who were incredibly kind and helpful. Since we didn't rent a car, they went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Their hospitality made a big difference, and we are very grateful. I highly recommend this villa—it's clean, cozy, surrounded by flowers, has a beautiful pool, and offers unforgettable sunsets. A perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
