We had an amazing stay at Joanna’s warm and cozy home. Nestled among trees in the quiet town of Oroklini, we discovered a truly charming place. Just a 5-minute walk from the sea, near the Radisson Beach Hotel, the house is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for shared cooking and a large common area ideal for a big family. There are two bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a supermarket and two cafés nearby. Joanna was always available to us via text for anything we needed, responding quickly and always with kindness and positivity. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back again.

An absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished, and just a short walk from the beach, making it an ideal location for a relaxing getaway. However, what really made our stay exceptional was our host. She was incredibly kind, always helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like we were at home. She provided us a lot of assistance, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and was always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. My children and I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We all loved it and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay by the beach.

Wonderful house, the beach is 5 minutes away, transport is also within walking distance, the owner is very friendly, the house is fully equipped and comfortable for rest. Each room has air conditioning, a store is two minutes away, delicious coffee, it was convenient to cook in the house, a large living room where you can have dinner together, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen was clean. We recommend the house to everyone.

what can we say? this was one of the best experiences we had in a hotel. the room is cosy, artsy and minimalist, yet perfectly equipped for a relaxing and lovely stay. the cleanliness is just perfect and everything is exactly on point, like the hosts truly thought about everything one needs for the greatest experience, you feel at home, well received and so welcomed in this location. The room has everything you need, needles to say this location suited us perfectly, our lifestyle and needs were truly satisfied and also the mattresses are very comfy! we loved the breakfast, the baked goods are wow, homemade and so delicious, the coffee is amazing and after this breakfast you are truly up to take Larnaca by foot, energized. last but not the least, the hosts were the cherry on top. Nikos and Toulla are such special people that truly put their soul in this place, let’s not forget the wine bar which is beautifully arranged with personal notes from the hosts, their fingerprint on this hotel is la pièce de resistance, as they call it “Art and Wine”.
