    The hotel is very close to the motorway which is the main reason we chose it. It’s a beautifully restored 17th century building with free parking. The mattress was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Although there is no air-con in the room, a very effective fan was provided. The hotel is very close to the town - a 5 minute walk at most. We paid for breakfast and it was excellent.

    Building gives you a holiday feeling And location in the old Nice city. Also close to some nice restaurants including biergartens and bakery. Nice parking next to hotel and serene and peacefull place for one or more nights.

    Very central location with friendly staff, but no parking. Very clean spacious room and we even found a chocolate St. Nicholas outside our room in the morning of St. Nicholas Day, which was a lovely gesture!

    I've given slightly above average scores as the place looked lovely from the outside. I arrived at 9pm, after an 11hr drive from the UK to find that the reception closes for check-in at 4pm on a Sunday. I re-read booking.com order confirmation and right at the bottom it does note this. It should be at the top for a 1 night Sunday booking. I slept in the van in the car park for £110. Not the hotel's fault! I normally have to check in after 3, this caught me out. Be aware!!
