This is a romantic, quiet, rural, farm area. Family running business is nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and have a beautiful view from the window. Good breakfast included in the price. Lot of free parking. Just perfect place to relax. About 15 minutes to the beach on the Chiemsee. If you wish to unlock the kitchen there is an extra 8€ fee; we didn't use it but think the price is fair enough.
