The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly - there was a slight mix-up with our room (were a given a double after booking a twin) but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - the food and drink were excellent, and the staff dealt with our pathetic attempts to speak German with grace and humour.

Perfect cleanliness everywhere. Modern, simple style. The heating was sufficiently adjustable. Very good bistro at street level, complemented by a speciality food shop, everything is fresh.
