The Best Hotel! Charmillion Club Aquapark in the best hotel we have ever stayed in! A huge thank you to the reception team – they were incredible. Special thanks to Ahmed, the reception manager and Shenouda, Walter Alyaa and Muhammad , and all the staff and waiters by the pool. All staff everytime bella us! The most important also was hot swimming-pools for our baby and for us! The animation program was fantastic, and the entire team was simply amazing. This is one of the best 5-star hotels we’ve ever experienced. The weather was perfect, the heated pools were a wonderful touch, and we couldn’t ask for more.
