We are group that was travelling around in Europe before reaching Egypt and Marsa Alam was our first destination in Egypt. Gemma resort set the bar high to our expectations for the rest of the trip and an extraordinary example for Egyptian hospitality. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The rooms spacious and cleans, pools clean and in different locations and beaches were amazing with great snorkeling spots. I can not speak enough about the food, no moment in the day where food is not served and in different cuisines with amazing quality. The most interesting part to me thing is that everyone is assuring you are having good time in your stay and I literally mean EVERYONE. Whether it is Mr Mahmoud, Hazem and Mohamed on the front desk or Atef and Abdo on the pool and the beach or Chef Mohamed Salah in the kitchen, every single one of these gentlemen made sure that our stay was comfortable and did not hesitate to provide the required assistance.

We had a truly amazing stay at Jaz Elite Riviera. The hotel is absolutely beautiful-modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. Our swim-up room was the highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing right outside our door. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was calm and elegant, and the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and professional-always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the restaurant by the pool-it became our go-to place each day. The food, the setting, and the service there made every meal feel special. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we’ve had. We felt truly taken care of and would come back without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway.

The hotel is appealing and warmly designed. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Already at check-in, you can feel that you are welcome. You don‘t have to stand at the reception to check in; instead you are invited to take a seat on the sofa and enjoy various fresh mad fruit juices. The check-in process is very pleasant and smooth. The staff is trying to fulfil all our needs. We also like the food. In this hotel you can really relax.

I just want to join to the others, it is the best hotel in Marsa Alam, where the guests are the king. So friendly staff, unbelievable, we will miss all!! The rooms are so modern, the food is always different, animation and sport program! Thank you Natalia!!! The coral reef is amazing, we saw turtles, see cow dugong, dolphins, mantarays, calmars etc… We just want to come back and see how it looks like after grand opening and meet again the people we have in our hurts now. Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

One of the most appealing aspects of this lodge is its tranquil atmosphere. The property is designed in such a way that it feels like a serene oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of busy tourist spots. This was the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy some much-needed peace and quiet. The staff at Wadi Sabarah Lodge went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exceptional. In particular, Nabil and his team at the restaurant made my dining experience truly memorable. Their warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with their attentive service, made every meal a delight. Speaking of the food, I was thrilled to discover that the lodge offers a restaurant-style dining experience instead of the typical buffet. The dishes were delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The architecture of Wadi Sabarah Lodge is absolutely stunning. The design pays homage to Egypt's rich history and culture while incorporating modern elements that make for a truly unique and visually captivating experience. My room was spacious and elegantly decorated, featuring a lovely terrace with a breathtaking sea view – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. For book lovers and history buffs, the lodge's beautiful library is a treasure trove of knowledge. It houses an extensive collection of books on Egypt and art, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the local culture and history during their stay. Lastly, the botanic garden at Wadi Sabarah Lodge is a hidden gem. Dr. Irina, a knowledgeable specialist, oversees the garden and is always eager to share her passion for the flora and fauna found within. The garden is meticulously maintained, and walking through it feels like stepping into a verdant paradise. In conclusion, Wadi Sabarah Lodge is a truly exceptional hotel that offers guests a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and cultural enrichment. The best decision we made was booking in Reef House in Marsa Alam. Every day we had different kind of breakfast, the collaborators were great! All of them in their role, Taha, Dahi, Yahia, Mahmoud and Mustafa were very kind and helpful with us during our stay. Awesome place owned by Amr, who also became a friend. Also Zizo who was our diving teacher made the experience hard to beat! Everything is high quality when you make things with love! thank you and we wish all the best! hope we can return soon!
