We loved the hotel. The staff were great and the food was outstanding. We took part in some of the daytime activities and watched some evening entertainment. Both great. Cleanliness was outstanding. Room very comfortable with a lovely view of the beach. The snacks and drinks from the pool side bar were lovely. We didn't use the indoor pool or spa but it looked nice. We were allowed to use the showers to get changed in the evening ready for our late flight. Thank you.

The room was super nice. The bed was so good, had such good sleep there. The staff was so friendly, we arrived a bit after their checkin closed due to traffic, but they were nice to wait for us. And our favourite surprise was: I had brought a mango with me.. but didn’t have a knife. And then our cleaning lady had left us bowl, knife, two forks for eating the mango and honestly these type of small things just make my day, and shows the care they put into it :)

It’s an incredible flat, modern, clean and furnished with great taste. Room is nice and comfortable with good storage space. Bathroom (great shower!) is shared with the host, but he was not in the property. There is a communal huge swimming pool and the area is very calm with free parking on the street. Beach is a few minutes wall and plenty of nice restaurants and bars are at a 15 min walk. Host is fantastic and super supportive.

Idea location for the beach, plenty of restaurants/bars to choose from in a modern resort. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. All staff from the receptionist to the cleaners were attentive and polite. Out of season street parking was widely available.

We had a fantastic stay at Jardines, which was perfect for us and our children. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and in a great location for walking into the town centre or heading out on day trips, with a tram station and parking nearby. We had a lovely welcome from María, our host, who was happy to help with anything we needed. Thank you very much!

Everyone was very friendly , from the staff on reception to all the waiters and bar staff. Our room was quite big and very clean. Considering the size of the hotel, we thought the restaurant coped very well, making sure that food, which was plentiful and of good quality, was being replaced regularly. Plenty of car parking.

the hotel is a very good place to relax and have some good vacation.Pool is big enough and the ocean is just in front. we had a room upgrade for free. restaurant and bars are delicious. free parking outside and for additional pay an underground parking. additional pillow and blankets and tea/coffee available in the room.
