Very well communicated with the outside world but easy to get lost in the Palencia plateau and Arlanza and Arlanzon rivers. The room was more than enough and the owners were very keen on my demands that were many. The views of the bridge were awesome

All the food - dinner and breakfast - was excellent for choice, quality, preparation and value for money. The breakfast is much better than the average in small hotels in Spain. The location is wonderful if you like historical buildings in a peaceful small village, but not far from Fromista and the motorway to Santander. The management and staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.

    Fairly easy to find, it is signposted. Parking on the street, not a problem. Reception was very good and helpful. Room as okay for the price, but could do with a little renovation, there are better rooms. Breakfast was good, although it could be slow if everybody turned up at the same time. Nice bar for a pre-dinner drink. Overall the staff/owners were extremly helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. Evening meal was very good and the price is very reasonable. Would stay again.

    Easy to locate once we decided the easiest way into the village was directly off the motorway. We parked the motorbikes opposite the hotel on a paved area-don't know if there was dedicated hotel parking. Staff were very pleasant. Dinner and breakfast were adequate, perhaps the choice was scaled back seeing as we were the only guests up to the arrival of a late walk-in,but they found no problem in providing me with a vegetarian meal. All in all very good value for money.
