The location is unbeatable. Close enough to the party hotspots but far enough to be quiet enough if you want to call it a night. The view from our balcony and the pool is awesome. We also benefited from 15% discount at the wave pool. The bracelet system as a room key was new to me and very convenient during a beach holiday.

This hotel met my expectations. The hotel's services were of a high standard and staff were always helpful. The room was well equipped, cleaned every day. Beach towels were also available. Toiletries, towels and a hairdryer were available in the bathroom. The pool was clean and big enough. The beach was accessible right next to the hotel and was beautiful. The sea was clean and warm. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and there was always enough food. There is an additional charge for drinks during dinner. I can recommend this hotel and we would love to come back here again.

I like everything! I've been chosing hotel for 2 months, and this is 1 of 3 hotel with 4 ✨ what I can give really 4 and + ! (Just be noted we were first time in Mallorca and this is one of the 3 hotel what we bought. The location is amazing with amazing view from the room(ocean view). The staff is very friendly and helpful, animators are very communicate as well. This is WERY IMPORTANT! The room was nice and clean, even toothbrush and toothpaste, with some make-up cleaning stuff including! So cool! The most exciting was that we could dive straight from the hotel (1 minute away from our room!) I fed the fish from my hands. Drinks is not Europeans, but we were happy enough. Even when they are meeting you with champagne on the breakfast! It's so cool...and the wine and beer were also good (opening bottles on your eyes!) Food! So good! Every day different, lots of options! Pizza is sooooooo gooood! I REALLY RECOMMEND IT! I appreciate when staff respect their customers! I give 5 ⭐ for staff I want to come back here with my children. All the best for you all!

Everything was absolutely perfect! I stayed there for two weeks, and by the end I knew all the staff by name — and they all knew me too :) The apartment was clean and cleaned regularly. I had a beautiful view from both the window and the balcony. It wasn’t noisy at all because they gave me a great spot — the windows and balcony faced the lounge area. You could really feel that everyone cared about you. They even surprised me with little thoughtful gifts like discounts or a glass of prosecco on the house. The hotel has everything you might need: a gym, a restaurant, and a convenience store. You can rent or buy anything you forgot to bring from home. What truly made this vacation unforgettable were the people who work there :)

The friendly stuff knows how to welcome clients including the friendly cleaning ladies. I was lucky to get an upgrade to the upper floors with a sea view. The bed was very comfy and I liked the fresh cleaned and good smelling warm blankets (yes it was pretty chilly in the first nights). Location is perfect for everything you need. Parking is available in the side streets or back of the house. Remember NOT to park where you see yellow lines, blue lines you have to pay. White lines or no lines, free parking.

Great value for money, very clean hotel and friendly staff. Great location too, as the main bus stop gives you access to airport and palma. Free parking for our rental scooter, massive clean pool and great breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
