We greatly appreciated the warm and kind welcome from the host. She went above and beyond to meet us in the evening. The apartment has all the essentials and was really comfortable. Take note that if there is a heatwave, the apartment has no air conditioning. An electric fan is available and it was enough for us. The location is perfect for spending time in the lake and visits around Annecy. Highly recommended!

This apartment is the ideal place to stay in Annecy. The location is unbeatable - it's just a short walk from both the train station and the charming old town center. The interior design is stylish and modern, yet the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. But what really special was the hospitality of the host. She graciously allowed me to check in early, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Annecy.

    The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, not a long drive from the city center. The hotel service was very pleasant and customer-oriented. As a family of three, we could use a spacious room with two separate bedrooms. There were several options for parking the car.

    Nice welcome (during opening time), really friendly. The parking lot is big enough, and is closed at night, you get a code to open the gate whenever you want. Two tables with seating possibility outside, to take a meal under the sun in August. I appreciated the possibility to get on site an evening meal, there is alos a vending machine for drinks, coffee ans snacks. Breakfast was good (including eggs and bacon). You could reach the city center in 10 to 15 minutes.

    Very easy process for everything from parking to check in to breakfast. Didn't really have to speak to anyone so can't rate the staff but everyone we saw was friendly. The room was clean & quiet.
