Great stay on the edge of Bordeaux - but one likely requires a car to get here. There is lots of parking outside and it is close to the Autobahn for easy accessibility. Getting into Bordeaux is fairly simple, as there is a regular (every 30 mins) bus that will take you to the main bridge over the river to get into the city's old town. The location itself is very nice, a very nice old chateau and a lot of open space on the grounds. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, a large clean bathroom, and everything else you might except - towels, extra blankets, a kettle, etc. Breakfast was really good with typical French fare (baguettes, cheese, marmelade, etc.). Staff are nice and helpful and speak good English. Overall, for the relatively low price, its definitely a place I can recommend for a weekend (or longer) stay in Bordeaux.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, it was well decorated and very clean. We arranged with Miranda a time to pick up the keys and this worked very well. The apartment is very well located for Arkéa Aréna just a 10 minute walk away and the centre of Bordeaux is a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great room with ensuite bathroom, very clean and comfortable and quiet on the night. The owner was very hospitable and great food in the adjoining restaurant. Not too far from the centre for connections, would recommend.

Very convenient location off the highway. Perfect hotel to stay if you travel to the sun or back. Ordinary room, nothing fancy. Closed parking lot so your car should be safe. Breakfast ok. Airco works very well.

It's a wonderful location, the gardens, the restaurant, everything is just wonderful. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless clean. We came by car and a free parking was provided.

Convenience for Bordeaux. Spacious grounds and grand building. The restaurant looked good, and should have probably eaten there! We really appreciated the free parking after discovering how hard it is to park in Bordeaux with a roof box. Top tip - get a taxi into Bordeaux from the hotel - don't drive!

I used the hotel twice during a long motorbike trip. Location was perfect for me as it was close to a main road on my route so I like the location but it might not be good to visit Bordeaux. I just needed a clean room, secure parking and a favorable location and for that this hotel was perfect.
