Sere is a fantastic host. We forgot our car key and he made sure to make it available to us upon our return. Our car got a warning of having to be moved during the time we were away and he moved it for us since he had the key. He really went above and beyond what one would expect of a host! The place was nice and well equipped with the small things that make a trip enjoyable (coffee, breakfast cereal, milk, feminine hygiene products, etc...) available in the apartment. Not enough people make that extra effort to ensure that your stay is enjoyable.

The check-in process was great, and the apartment's location couldn't be more convenient, situated close to train stations, a variety of restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment itself is beautiful, super clean, and well-equipped. It comfortably accommodates 4 people and offers an amazing view. The appartment was very clean and enough for three people. Beds were comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. Complementary bottles of water and chocolate bars were placed in the fridge. We were allowed to leave our backpacks earlier in the morning and did the check in later. Very convenient for a trip to Basel and to the airport, because the tram stop to Basel is right in front of the building door and the train station is 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

The bed was exceptionally comfy! The apartment provides a lot of what anyone might need for a stay. There were nice shower gels and shampoo, clean towels. We very much appreciated that there was coffee, bottled water and wifi. We did not use it but there are washing machines and hair dryer. The host was really sweet and kind.

Nice old building done up to a modern spec, the staff very kindly gave me a free upgrade to a larger room that had a steam shower, whirlpool bathtub, nice mini body lotions, good soap, really comfy bed and plenty of space. The room was absolutely spotless, lighting was nice and calm, I was able to dim all the lights and create a cozy space after a tiring journey. Lastly, the staff were lovely and I appreciated the free airport pick-up.

Excellent place and location.The only thing we asked Isabelle if I could borrow additional fan as it's too hot and provided it. Thank you! Perfect communication,there's a restaurant,free parking and short walk to supermarket. Tram opppsite road but we didn't feel or find it noisy. Wish we could stay longer as it's too cosy. Family of 5.

Great service from Betty who helped to arrange a room switch when the Aircon leaked and flooded the floor for the night. She arranged for cleaning in the morning and promptly ensured that we were able to change rooms. Great service! Located.opposite the supermarket with free parking available at the supermarket lots. Convenient location to base at for visits to borders of Switzerland, Germany and Southern France.

Clean, comfortable, safety. All equipments are enough. Owner is very polite. Car parking is easy and free. Very close to airport ana city center. Tram is in front of the house.
