Incredible hosts, who make you feel at home in this family-led First Growth Château. You feel their know-how and passion for wine just by chatting with them. Very available, attentive and helpful, staff. Beautiful Property with various 1855 classified neighbours a little hike or a bike ride away. Well decorated interior. A guided tour with a tasting was included in the stay. Rich offer of oenotouristic activities. I am very happy I chose this place for my first visit in Sauternes, I spent a great time there. A morning walk in the vineyards with an orange almost golden sky with botrytized grapes still hangin on the vines and chateaux in every direction gave me the ultimate Sauternes feeling. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment is gorgeous and we had a fantastic, relaxing stay. The terrace was wonderful for eating, drinking and chilling in the evenings with beautiful decoration and lighting. The hosts Caroline and Herve have thought about lots of extra details to make the the stay really perfect. It is a 5 min walk into the village where there are bakeries, cheese shop, deli and a couple of restaurants/ bars. The surrounding area has walks and wineries.

    Very large living area, very tastefully equiped and decorated. Big bathroom with large window. Nice garden with barbaque. Well equiped kitchen with big refrigerator. Cosy reading niche with lot of reading material. Nice surroundings, wine tasting opportunities around the corner. Private parking space by the door.
