    The location was amazing , a hidden gem.Very quiet with plenty of wild life mainly birds . Central location to get to every part of Norfolk. An open fire which can replace the heating . Nice big telly in the lounge. Really big master bedroom, and the twin beds were normal size beds. Plenty of room throughout . Clean and tidy throughout. Was able to park the car right outside the front door .

    Very friendly staff. Eating in restaurant as lone traveller very welcoming. Dog friendly. Walks from hotel into parkland and lake. Food so yummy. Rooms are beautiful and have front door onto grass and parking close. Staff Tristen Billie and Nickie so lovely to me
