The location is spectacular with nature literally right at your doorstep. Getting woken up by a pheasant on the roof of your pod at 5.30 was annoying but special at the same time. I sat with the door open with a cup of tea watching him watching me until he got bored and wandered off. The pod and the showers/bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Didn't really use the kitchen except to boil water, but that was clean too. Gemma was really kind letting me use the shower after I got a bit lost on an overly ambitious mountain bike ride and got back just minutes before the 11am check-out time. Thank you! It's a pity it was only for a one night stop off....next year I will spend more time here.

First class grand accommodation. Value for money, clean and fully equipped kitchen. I particularly like the detail and the thought put in this place. Example: having TV on and being in the bathroom with door open, if you look at the designer round mirror in opposite bedroom wall, you can not only see reflection of the TV, but you can see multiple reflection on every the decorative raised edge circling this unique mirror.

Really nice cottage located in the outskirts of Bankfoot. Very quiet and surrounded by nature, the only thing you hear are the birds. There are plenty of walks around, and the owners are very nice (the homemade apple juice was divine). Highly recommended.

Large house in a peaceful neighbourhood, very comfortable for a family with 3 adults, two kids and a dog, lovely enclosed garden and a stunning river walk on the doorstep. Dunkeld is a short walk away, the bonus with a Birnam address is parking which can be hard in Dunkeld itself.

An exceptionally well presented holiday apartment full of thoughtful touches that brought a real sense of luxury. A lovely quiet location in the centre of Birnam with easy walking distance to Dunkeld and Birnam station. Private parking directly outside the property. Great communication from the hosts. Very beautiful and cozy flat. There are all kitchenware, tea, coffee, all toiletries. We were lucky to spend sunny days in a cute private garden, but even for rainy day there are lots of games and books in the flat. Convenient parking slot next to the house.

Everything was very comfortable and the decor was lovely- the bed was amazing and we had everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen! The shower was excellent too, and though we didn't use the bath it looked so cosy and relaxing. Having parking right outside was ideal and the use of the garden was also wonderful. The hosts were very communicative and helpful and the guide we were sent before our stay was thorough.

We absolutely loved this flat! It is so beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which we used for cooking during our stay. The host was easy to communicate with & parking located straight outside the door. About a 10 minute walk to Dunkeld which has lots of food options. Would highly recommend & stay again :)

A fabulous flat - very tastefully and comfortably furnished with lovely homely touches and very well equipped. Location was great - very convenient for arriving by train, or with its own parking spot for a car. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good enough to use the garden as it looked welcoming too.

Spacious, modern, immaculate, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, beautiful location, great communications. Our stay here was a highlight of our 3-week trip to Scotland. We loved the easy walks to beautiful, historic locations. There is a small grocery just outside the door and ample on-street parking. The property is spacious with a dining area, sofas, fireplace, and two bedrooms. The whole area was charming and safe. This property was a perfect base for exploring Perthshire.

Accomodation was spacious and spotlessly clean Beds were really comfortable and parking for 2 cars by the side of the house. We had a problem turning on the oven and the hostess was so helpful in sorting out problem. Really responsive and gave us good advice about the journey to the property as there was an event on locally.
