Beautiful setting - have nice walks around with the background of a lake and a wonderful garden to relax in. Have all amenities from toiletries to an excellent, freshly cooked breakfast. Our hosts Sam and Lisa were super nice and welcoming, so were their pets. Will definitely be coming back.

The pod was clean, well insulated and warm for four of us. Showers/toilets were clean and close enough to the pods. There was drinking water close by; we took our own kettle for a morning cuppa :). Staff were friendly - the Park Stars were superb with the kids (well done, Lou and Raven!). Swimming pool was clean, nice to swim in and plenty warm, with a great steam room too.

Staff were so helpful.....we checked in a bit late but the receptionist said if we'd like to have dinner that was no problem to take our time and settle in to our room....food was delicious

Great breakfast menu (I loved the fresh omelette), Kara is very helpful in every way, whether bus timetables or recommendations for dinner and also always good for a laugh. The bed is confi, it’s a good location near the heart of the little city and my favorite live-music pub „the Barrel“, a short walk to the beach and the coastal path, good car parking spaces nearby at the supermarket Co-Op (I payed only 6 pounds for 3 nights via the App „just park“) There are two breakfast options: at 8am and 9am. Just a remark, „Burn view“ is during the day a busy street and my room was pointing out to it, (and to the golf club and the hills behind it), some other rooms didn’t, but at night it is perfectly calm. I was out hiking during the day anyway.

From the moment we arrived Nicki the landlady was charming and attentive ,showed us to our room that far exceeded our expectations ,this is a hidden jewel and we will definitely return ,we have already recommended it to 2 friends and will continue to spread the good word .     Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Dog friendly with a secure private garden. Very attractive surrounding owner’s garden and paddocks. Handy parking area. Very clean and comfortable property. Lovely tucked away spot but with easy access to Bude, Widemouth Bay and surrounding area. Lovely to have the pool/spa bath for a refreshing dip after a day out. We were a couple visiting but the pool is ideal for kids as not too deep and lots of inflatables etc available to keep them amused. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

    Great little place could be a little more for the kids as the park was only suitable for kids to about 8, then the bigger kids was playing football across the car park, I understand it's a up and coming place and it's great, but park could be secluded so younger kids could not go into the road I'd hate to see a child hit with a vehicle, but as said above I could see the progress you are making and will be staying again in the future for sure
