Beatiful cabins, right next to the restaurant in a commanding position on pendle hill with amazing views. Zak and Catherine and their staff wonderful hosts, lots of little touches in the cabins which have fully equipped kitchens, great beds and bathrooms. Nothing too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was also fantastic will definitely consider returning in the future.

Couldn't fault this little Gem, and the Hosts were fabulous and so understanding. I have quite a few health issues and when I had a bad turn early on and struggled to make checkout they were so attentive to my needs, honestly I can't recommend this place enough. It's beautiful.

The community pub vibe could be felt everywhere, it was so friendly and practical and helpful. The room and bathroom decor was "sophisticated rustic charm" without being pretencsious. The whole experience was exceptional. We will be back for a longer period for sure.

Absolutely outstanding hotel—far above the rest in the area!- and only 10 minutes walk to the food stadium. For half the price of other nearby options, you get rooms that are twice the quality. Spacious, clean, and beautifully done—better than many so-called premium hotels. The food? Easily 5-star. Honestly, it topped what I’ve experienced at high-end hotels in Manchester and London. The property was perfect,clean,beautifully decorated,large,warm and everything you could need, owner was brilliant explained we were travelling up for a funeral and could we check in early to get ready at the property and that wasn’t a problem(really helped us out a lot) also unbelievable value for money
