Lovely staff. Open fire and comfy sofas. Local products including food and hand soaps. Well Appointed font yea, coffee and biscuits within the room- all local. Warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms. Our second visit to the New House based on an equally lovely stay last year.

Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff. Good location just a short walk to the centre of Cardiff. Free parking in the car park, the barrier is locked at night though so if leaving early move it onto the street for free.

Property was clean and comfortable with good shops and restaurants close by. Free parking was available on the street in front and also in car park opposite. Utensils, cups and plates are provided in kitchen and the beds were comfortable.

This is a comfortable hotel. We had free parking in the shared parking lot. The room was comfortable with all the usual facilities and there is a swimming pool (which we didn't use)

Everything, the room was large and pristine, absolutely nothing to complain about. I loved the bathroom, sparkling ✨️ clean, looked brand new, not a bad word to say, it was perfect 👌. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Free parking in their car park was also a bonus . The bed was huge and firm (as we like it)

The location was perfect. Right near Cardiff castle and city center. Onsite parking is a major benefit. The staff were amazing. We were signed up for the hotel awards program and got free parking for the night. This is our go to hotel in Cardiff.

The owner/manager was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in later after we experienced car trouble. The location is amazing and having free parking around the hotel even when the car park is full is something you wouldn't expect in such a central city location. The bus stop into the city is on the doorstep and the rooms and shared spaces are immaculate. Thank you so much!

when I arrived to the hotel I had to pay car park but states free parking on the description. Many others upon arrival had the same problem . I do wish to be re-emberssed the £8 no person to even apologise or help
