Tina and Bill’s property was perfect. They were lovely and welcomed us when we arrived. We were supplied with lots of extras as well as tea,coffee and milk they kindly left fruit, croissants, pain au chocolates and small boxes of cereal so that we had everything we needed upon arrival. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great, even charging cables were provided. There is a track just across the road to walk to the beach and Woolacombe. The village is charming and has a small shop and two pubs. We had a delicious meal at The Rock.

We liked Everything! We stayed in seven different accommodations during our road trip and this was by far the best. Piper and Terence are amazing hosts. They are friendly and funny and incredibly welcoming. The house is wonderful, it is designed and decorated with a lot of style. It has a personal touch and a very warm atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing, the table was set with so much love and food was delicious with many options to choose from. The garden behind the house is a piece of heaven. We would have loved to stay a couple of days just for sitting in the different cosy corners they have created.

The breakfast was excellent.The location was in an old building mentioned in The Doomsday Book on a country lane above the port in the oldest part of Instow. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.It is 10 min downhill walk to the main part of Instow and pubs, eateries and beaches
