What a lovely peaceful village. It was interesting to walk round. I didn't know this when I booked but my ancestors are actually buried here.

Stunning little cottage. Log fire in living room was perfect. Plenty gorgeous walks around. Host was lovely. Loads of fishing spots around. Very dog friendly home and area.

communication was excellent, the owners friendly and the hospitality top notch. The cottage itself is stunning, old and modernised without losing its beauty. The cottage was larger than we thought, the second lounge was brilliant for the teenagers gaming.Parking was no problem for 2 cars. I can not rate Ivy Bank enough, absolutely stunning.

Lovely little cottage with everything you need. Nicely decorated property including the gardens. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, even enjoyed a soak in the bath. Would definitely stay here again. Quiet location but the community are so friendly which made a huge part of our trip.
