Everything was as described and reviewed. We did have high expectations and they were certainly met. The host was very attentive and kind. The Nagshead nature reserve was within walking distance, nice forest path into the village and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank you.

Fountain Lodge is extreme perfection. Two bedrooms with bathrooms, fitted full kitchen, perfectly decorated and having fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer. The owners are fantastic, cooperative and very friendly. Close to the Forest of Dean in a picturesque background, running water stream. Wow we loved the stay.

    The Belfry offers "motel style" accommodation. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable with parking right outside. Tea/coffee/kettle/milk provided in room. The bar/dining area also a good size. Dinner was adequate for the price however breakfast was excellent. Perfect location for an overnight stopover.

    Very friendly and helpful staff on the phone and in person. Very nice rooms and a comfortable nights sleep- we would all stay again. Plenty of parking available. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good, breakfast was also very good!

    I was at no 14. I liked the fact that I could park my car immediately outside. They also have a large car park at the front. At £5.0 for a full breakfast, I thought that was excellent value.
