Staff were so friendly & a special mention to Ben the manager & Lillie & Bea, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. As a former Hampshire lady myself now living in Denmark, it was so exciting to bring my Danish husband to Wiltshire, a county he hadn’t seen before. The village is so pretty~ it’s a little tricky to get to with all the tiny country roads, but once you find the village you’ve found a little gem in the Wiltshire countryside! Dinner and breakfast were delicious too!

Stunning barn loft in a very beautiful location. Very comfortable bed, large walk-in shower in well appointed bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, dining table and exceptional views over surrounding countryside. Kind, considerate staff, a brilliant location accessible to all the stunning sites of prehistoric Britain. If I was not there for work, I would have loved to enjoy the pub itself, but I loved it. Slept incredibly, endearing inn rooms; but genuinely comfortable, clean and full bathroom, a slice of home. This area costs whT it costs and I think it was a very reasonable price. Visiting made me decide to organise a family holiday in-country to here. Oh, and I loved how they held the parking spot for me.

Amazing quiet location. Cody & Ben were super friendly and welcoming making you feel like at home. Adapting to my requests on late dinner & breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and huge!!! The most complete and bigger in my trip. Bed super comfortable. I will definitely recommend it you wanna stay near Avebury, the amazing stone circle.

    The location is brilliant, in the High Street & convenient with parking (altho’ as the Festival was on parking was not available in the hotel car park but easily found on the High Street). The staff are friendly and prior to our stay we received a courtesy phone call to advise the festival was on, no car parking at the hotel & it would be noisy as they had loud live music until midnight. It was made clear we could cancel & the call was appreciated.
