I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. Everything was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The service, facilities and overall experience were excellent and I really appreciate the hospitality shown to me. Our room was upgraded for my special day with my girlfriend. The view of the Thames from our room was unmatched. The bathtub was also magnificent. A big thank you to the hotel staff for the friendly welcome. It was a trouble-free stay and will definitely be my only choice for my next stay in Richmond.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my family and I. It was walking distance from central Richmond restaurants, shops, the park and beautiful views from the hill and yet it felt as peaceful as being in the countryside, with Petersham meadows (with grazing cows) and river view just over the road from the hotel. The hotel is located on a main road with lots of useful buses passing and it was a great start off point for our UK trip because we arrived at Heathrow and it must have been no more than 30 mins drive to get to the Hotel from the Airport in our pre-booked taxi. It also took minutes to catch a fast train from Richmond station into central London. The rooms were comfortable and cosy, the pub meals generous and staff friendly. It is was a treat to be in a pub atmosphere without large TV screens playing sport.
