Old fashioned, but very nice apartment, super clean with great decoration. Hosts do not speak English but treated us like friends and family. Towels and bedsheets are provided. They even gave us a fruit basket and sweets.

Fabulous B&B. Well located for walking into the historic center of Sighnaghi and if you have a car there were plenty of parking spots. Vano vano vano!!! He was the highlight of our stay at Sighnagi, he is an incredible host!!! Stay at Tuta House for Vano and his fire chacha (hic), his songs & jamming session & his stories! A small well maintained property.. Rooms are large enough. Our room had an attached balcony making the room look bigger. We saw a wonderful sunrise from our balcony. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom had all the toiletries . The upper floor is accessible by stairs. Downstairs they serve a large portion of lip smacking Georgian breakfast. Even better than the breakfast was the lady who served us....so smiling. Also you can have their own beer on the tap or by the bottle. Lunch and dinner option is at a restaurant 5 min walk away. We had a car so we dined at Signaghi . The lovely cats will definitely pay a visit to your room and pose for photos.
