It was awesome time during living in the Ambassadori. The room was great. The service was like in Dubai. Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service. Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service: 1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment. 2. Demetre from the reception. This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable. One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table. There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.

"We had an exceptional stay at this hotel from February 10 to 13, 2025. Everything was perfect! The hotel is new and very well maintained. The rooms were large, spacious, and perfectly clean. The pool and sauna were also spotless and very enjoyable. The staff was always available, kind, and professional. A special thank you to Sandro for his warm welcome and great service—he made our stay even better! We truly enjoyed these three amazing days and will definitely come back. Great hotel within walking distance of the ski lifts. The rooms were very comfortable and stylishly decorated with a view of the forest. The hotel also has storage space for ski equipment. The hotel provides a well-balanced breakfast for an active lifestyle. Also in the restaurant you can have lunch and dinner with excellent dishes of national and other cuisines.

The hospitality was exceptional, we have never slept in such a pleasant, beautiful and special place. Everything is made of wood and it's just beautiful. They prepared wood for us to put in the fireplace, the view was amazing, the hosts are just amazing, they even baked cookies for us when we left. It was properly equipped, really glad we found this special place. At first we thought of not telling anyone about this place so that it would remain just for us, but it was so perfect that we simply had to share it with everyone. It is important to know that you should come prepared in terms of food, there are no restaurants in the area, but there is a fully equipped kitchen and nothing is missing. Highly recommend!!

We were there for 4 days and had an amazing vacation🌻😊 Amazing views from every corner of the house, nature, peace, and quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and when we needed something the owner was immediately available and brought it to us. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, wifi works great, comfortable beds, hot water and air conditioning. Outside the apartment there was a well-equipped courtyard with seating areas and a gorgeous view. The owners of the apartment brought us cut fruit without us asking, they welcomed us wholeheartedly. When we inquired about attractions in the area, the owner immediately volunteered to give us a free lift😀 The village was fascinating for city dwellers like us, a different pace and life than we knew. We wanted to stay longer and of course we would like to return.
